
The timesheet report shows hours worked at basic time and overtime, also highlighted are holidays, sickness and lateness. In the example below, the scheduled start time is 0900 hrs, lunch is between 1230 and 1300, end of shift is at 1700 hrs.
On Monday the employee was booked for a paid holiday and has been given 7hrs 30 minutes at basic hours. Tuesday they clocked in late at 0905 hrs, and have been flagged with the lateness code LAT. They have also been docked 15 minutes, giving a balance of 7 hours 15 minutes for the day. Wednesday overtime has been worked and 1 hour 30 minutes have accrued in the OT1 column. Thursday the employee was off sick and has been flagged with the sickness code by the payroll manager. On Friday they have clocked in early and out late but have not accrued extra hours, because the minimum overtime has been set to 15 minutes.
