TimeTrax Mobile Time and Attendance System

TimeTrax Mobile is designed for use on building and construction sites, or for any type of business that is on the move from site to site on a regular basis.

The unit comes with a re-chargeable Ni-Cd battery that will give full operation of the portable time clock for 7 days, and will hold up to 4,000 clocking's in its memory, and also has the option of a car charger. The unit does not need mains power for site operation, and comes with its own water resistant carry case for protection during transit between sites. The case is manufactured from ABS plastic and is designed to be very secure and durable, the lining is foam for protection of the time clock during transit.

Employees can clock in using a swipe card or pin code on the numeric keypad provided with each portable time clock. The keypad also allows employees to transfer between departments and jobs.

Payroll periods can be set for weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly. The TimeTrax Time Attendance Software will also interface with Quickbooks, work out overtime and has point and click editing screens. A range of reports are also available for analysis of the employee data.
