Timenet is a very reliable time and attendance swipe card system with auto fire reporting available direct from the clocking machine via it's RS232 port to a dedicated printer or from your pc using the comprehensive software package included with each system.

The fire report may be generated automatically via a link to your fire alarm panel. Timenet also has a real time attendance display panel within the software program.

Timenet is a 50 to 10,000 employee multi-user time and attendance system. Timenet will grow with your business if required, you can add additional Timenet terminals at local or remote sites at any time. It is fully programmable to your work rules and is suitable for flexitime, continental, rotating and fixed shift patterns.

TimeNet can create an export file for Excel spreadsheets, Sage and other payroll packages.

The clocking terminals connect by ethernet or RS232 and operate in real time, you have a choice of magnetic strip or proximity key fob or fingerprint reader. The clocking terminals also have a 2 hour battery back-up capability and will operate over a local or wide area network.

The software allows editing of employee transactions and includes employee holiday planner and calendar and absence reporting. Reports are also available for lateness and core time infringements, basic hours and weekly or daily overtime and european working time regulations. The software is suitable for Win98, WinXP, Vista, NT, Server 2003.
