
Auto Time Premium is an exciting new product that is getting the thumbs up from our Customers. This innovative time attendance software replaces timeware 5 and is available with biometric hand geometry, proximity swipe card or standard magnetic stripe swipe card functionality on the time clock terminal. The software is multi user as standard and will accommodate multiple time clock terminals via TCP/IP or RS232 connection.
timeware 5 customers wishing to upgrade to Auto Time Premium will receive generous discounts, and a familiar but more functional software package.
Auto Time Premium comes with a personnel database that will hold all the information you require regarding your staff and employees, as well as records for disciplinary matters, accident recording, working time directive, training/qualifications with expiry notification, medical, bank details, contact details, interview appraisal, plus much more. Standard forms are available for printing and collection of this data.
Absence planning and holiday/sickness entitlement, a personal colour coded absence planner chart plus absence reports and graphs that may be sorted by employee, department, Company, and group by payroll period or date range.
The reports availabe for employee hours worked are many and varied, their are reports to show clocking infringements late in and early out, roll call, disciplinary matters, accidents, qualifications, absenteeism etc.
Auto Time Premium software and hardware also has a functionality for access control and job costing if required, and is included as standard with every package.
